Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The data controller is 4 O'Clock sp. z o.o., operating the ZMI Analytics platform at aktywacjekonsumenckie.pl. Contact: konrad.kozakiewicz@gmail.com.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use ZMI Analytics, we process the following categories of data:

• Account credentials — username used to authenticate with the platform.
• Social media analytics data — performance metrics, follower counts, engagement statistics, and reach data retrieved from authorized social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) via official platform APIs.
• Access logs — server-side logs of HTTP requests (IP address, timestamp, endpoint) retained for security and debugging purposes.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about social media audiences (end-users/followers) beyond aggregated statistics provided by the platform APIs.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively to:

• Display analytics dashboards and performance reports to authorized users.
• Maintain service functionality and diagnose technical issues.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your analytics data to third parties.

4. TikTok API Data

Data retrieved via the TikTok API is used solely to display your own account's analytics within the ZMI Analytics dashboard. We comply with TikTok's API Terms of Service. TikTok data is:

• Stored only as long as needed to render the current dashboard view.
• Not shared with any third party.
• Not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond displaying your account performance.

You may revoke TikTok access at any time via TikTok's app settings.

5. Meta (Instagram / Facebook) API Data

Data retrieved via Meta's Graph API is used solely to display analytics for your connected Instagram and Facebook pages within ZMI Analytics. It is not stored beyond session cache and is not shared with third parties.

6. Google (YouTube) API Data

Data retrieved via the YouTube Analytics API is used solely to display your channel's performance metrics. We comply with Google's Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

7. Data Retention

Analytics data cached for dashboard display is retained for no longer than 24 hours. Access logs are retained for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

8. Data Security

Access to ZMI Analytics is protected by authentication. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.

9. Your Rights

Under applicable law (including GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at konrad.kozakiewicz@gmail.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

2. Jakie dane przetwarzamy

• Dane uwierzytelniające — nazwa użytkownika służąca do logowania.
• Dane analityczne mediów społecznościowych — statystyki zasięgu, zaangażowania i liczby obserwujących pobierane z autoryzowanych kont za pośrednictwem oficjalnych API platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Logi dostępu — adres IP, znacznik czasu i endpoint — przechowywane przez 30 dni w celach bezpieczeństwa.

Nie zbieramy danych osobowych odbiorców (obserwujących) Twoich kanałów poza zagregowanymi statystykami udostępnianymi przez API platform.

3. Cel i podstawa przetwarzania

Dane przetwarzamy wyłącznie w celu wyświetlania dashboardów analitycznych i raportów dla autoryzowanych użytkowników (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO — wykonanie umowy). Nie sprzedajemy ani nie udostępniamy danych analitycznych osobom trzecim.

4. Dane z API TikTok

Dane pobierane przez API TikTok służą wyłącznie do wyświetlania statystyk Twojego konta w dashboardzie ZMI Analytics. Dane te nie są przechowywane dłużej niż to konieczne do wygenerowania widoku i nie są udostępniane stronom trzecim. Dostęp możesz cofnąć w dowolnym momencie w ustawieniach aplikacji TikTok.

5. Prawa użytkownika
